Proposal to release The Raccoons on DVD

To Catalyst Entertainment, copyright holders of "The Raccoons", and affiliated DVD distributors:

This proposal has been created on behalf of the many fans of the
animated television series, "The Raccoons". For some time now, these
fans have wanted "The Raccoons" rereleased on DVD and we wish to
bring this to the attention of both Catalyst Entertainment, the
current owner of the rights to the said work, and to the DVD
distributors of the world. We believe that "The Raccoons", both the
television series and the animated specials, would sell excellently
if rereleased on DVD. There is already a large market for DVDs
of "The Raccoons" as the fans would like to have their favorite
episodes to watch at any time. There is also a new generation of
children who have not seen "The Raccoons" and would be highly
interested in viewing it. Please make "The Raccoons" available to
the general public once more.
