Rockstar Games should allow players in Midnight Club: LA to view and purchase vehicles by username in 'Rate My Ride'. For example, if your friend, with an Xbox Live user id: Driver1 has a car that you would like to purchase, you should be able to search for this car by entering username "Driver1" in a search.
