To: U.S. CongressThe subsequent petition is a tool to display the following people’s outrage and disgust with the footage found on youtube.com, which displays a US Marine representative throwing a puppy off of a cliff. We are asking that the Marines investigate this CRIME as seriously and timely as possible.
