Prevent INCARCERATED "child-predators" from...

We are PETITIONING to prevent CONVICTED, INCARCERATED predators (in California prisons) from having continued access to prey on children in visiting rooms.

Yes, child-predators, convicted of assaults against a child, have continued access to them once incarcerated. Yes, at least one child (that’s public knowledge) has been molested by an incarcerated child-predator in a California prison visiting room. Yes, California, as well as many other states, has laws that prevent these convicts from visiting with their victims and/or other minors. Nonetheless, the predator is still allowed to have visits in the same visiting area where innocent children are visiting other prisoners.

Our GOAL:

To ensure that no CONVICTED child-predator be allowed in a prison visiting room that is occupied by children, what-so-ever.

Prisoners who are privy to information regarding carried-out and planned assaults have sought legal action to prevent this. California’s Courts have denied the filings stating that the complaining prisoners had no standing. Their attempts to secure effectual rehabilitation for these predators have also fallen on deaf ears (www.realisticreform.com).

Contacted politicians and media outlets have ignored numerous pleas (by the prison community and their advocates) to get involved and prevent any potential abuses, pornographic content generated by predators’ access to these innocent children as well as the prevention of the child pornography materials circulated within prisons. One such response being, “…You can only show that it happened one time” and “…You can’t show how this issue directly affects you”. Isn’t one incidence of a child being abused by a CONVICTED, INCARCERATED child-predator (that he wasn’t even visiting), one child too many?

We aspire to collect thousands, possibly millions, of signatures that leave State Administrators no option, but to face (and resolve) this issue by CHANGING THE LAW; and PREVENTING CONVICTED CHILD-PREDATORS FROM HAVING ANY ACCESS TO CHILDREN WHILE INCARERATED FOR SEXUALLY ABUSING CHILDREN!
