Declaration of the need for Reconfiguration of the current democracy system in the United States of America


We, the people of the United States of America, do hereby openly seek a reformation of our current democracy that will effect true change on this great nation. We seek legislation that will transform the government into a true democracy, with the ability for a citizen vote to override any legislation that is not in the best interest of the voting majority of the people of this nation. This new system should provide the right for the citizens to override any vote made by Congress or the Senate that they, the citizens, deem unacceptable.

This system of true democracy will remove the outside influence of corporations and other large money contributors and automatically render the influence of money on political decisions null and void. It will allow freedom and force our political leaders to truly work in the best interest of the people, knowing that if they dont, the majority will override them. It will allow the citizens a true voice to influence all manner of government including, but not limited to: foreign policy, involvement in foreign politics, and the spending of taxpayer money.

This should be done by

1 Enacting the necessary laws that will allow a majority vote by the registered voters to override legislation deemed inappropriate, illegal, or otherwise not in the best interest of the nation. i.e.) Two-thirds majority of registered voters in currently established districts.

2 Allow easy access to all legislation details in plain language that the layperson can easily understand.

3 Allow/Provide access to voting means year-round in order to facilitate the citizens rights to act on legislation, provide upgraded voting systems to districts with outdated or unreliable voting systems, and provide independent auditing of voting.

We, the people, demand true change.
