End Kingston Communication's Monopoly in Hull

We are petitioning to let BT into Hull, so that we can end Kingston Communication's Monopoly of Hull. Kingston may offer a cheap 5.5p unlimited local call charge, but they also block the use of Free numvers such as 0808 99 - which stops people in Hull accessing ISPS outside Hull, so we are forced to use their ISP. They also offer ADSL at astonishingly High Prices, compared to BT who offer it at very low prices. If you would like to see a change, and save yourself alot of money, and get more for your money, please sign this petition. Hull residents only please.
