Reservation of Muslims in Andhra Pradesh

We are signing this petition to strongly detest the Declaration of Reservation of Muslims by AP Govt. which is not in line with the Constitution of India.

We would like to call upon the office of Indian Presidant/Prime Minister/ Chief Justice of India to act against the above declaration as:

1.This is a clear case of Violatation of the Article 16 of The Indian Constitution.
2.Reservation is a huge fraud as the benefits don’t reach the real needy , and if it has to continue, it must be put to test through a referendum. That is to say if the countrymen are willing to go for a reservation-free society, they are entitled to have it.
4.Politicians are using reservation to fulfill their short term goals and are endangering the India's social fabric
5.The reservation policy is a "go to hell" message for those who fall outside the brackets of reservation. A situation like this cannot continue for long.
6.Unless wiser counsel prevails on our so-called intellectuals and wise people on this issue, this nation is progressing towards a slow but certain decay.

we also warn you that agitation like what happened during the implementation of Mandal commission report can also happen, if the above is not quickly withdrawn.
