Do to the racial imbalance brought upon by Kanye West by interrupting Taylor Swift and the MTV Video Music Awards, the following things must happen in order to bring the balance back between blacks and whites.

1: The following things will happen in February, Black History Month.
2: Black radio station must play a Taylor Swift song every hour.
3: BET must play a Taylor Swift music video every hour.
4: Kanye West and Taylor swift will perform a duet about racial harmony.
