Reinstate "Legend Richardo"

Microsoft has stated that they do not plan to reinstate the account unless enough people get into the waaaambulance

The user with the account "Legend Richardo" is one of the most influential Halo 3 players in the world, and has helped many players lacking in confidence to build their skills, yet on Monday June 9th he was banned from the service without a just reason. We demand that the account is reinstated and a formal apology be written to all parties involved.
