We respectfully request that the state of Israel immediately go the White House and request the freedom of Jonathan Pollard.Jonathan Pollard has now served 24 years in prison and it is incomprehensible that the state of Israel would refuse to take responsibility for its own agent.

Concerning Jonathan Pollard, Rabbi Mordachi Eliyahu, former Chief Rabbi of Israel, has ruled: Not only is the case of Jonathan Pollard Pidyon Shvuyim (redeeming captives), it is the highest form of the mitzvah...It is a compulsory Torah command for all the nation of Israel, both in the Land of Israel and in the exiles, to utilize every way to influence those who have the power to release him from prison and set him free.

With this ruling in mind and with a sense of sorrow, we declare the following. If the state of Israel will not take responsibility and requests the freedom of Jonathan Pollard, we will not hesitate to use all legal means of protest against the State of Israel. We can not stand by our brothers blood!

Please heed our request before the cries of protest grows louder.
