Petition for the European release of Reach Out

Hilary Duff's Official Italian Team, on behalf of all european fans, has decided to make a petition to ask Hilary's Label, Hollywood Records, not to repeat the approach that was taken with the release of the first single extracted from Dignity, in releasing Hilary's forthcoming single, Reach Out.

Play with Fire was in fact only released in USA & Canada & Australia and not in Europe. The song, would have most certainly been successful on the european market, if it had been released. The Euro market is often excluded from Hilary's music projects, fans would like to point out the previously mentioned non-released Play with Fire, the cancelled European Leg of the Dignity World Tour.

Hilary fans haven't seen or heard any new music material since June 2007, when Stranger, second single off Dignity in Europe and third in USA, was released. After waiting a long time for the Dignity World Tour that was first postponed (due to Hilary's filming schedules) and then cancelled, we have been waiting for new music up to now.
The track Reach Out , next single anticipating the release of HD's fifth studio album, has been recorded in fall 2007, and is about to be released now in US & Canada but, as far as we know from official statements from Hilary Duff or Hollywood Records , not in Europe.

This situation is very much like the one faced in August 2006 with the release of Play with Fire.

We are not implicating anything against HR, because things can still be changed, we are simply inviting the label to release the single in Europe as well. There is no doubt that European fans are very active and that the release here would have an important commercial success, as Most Wanted, Wake Up, Beat of My Heart, Fly and With Love have had in the past.
There is proof that most of the fan movements to support Hilary, begin in Europe.

So European fans would like to be in some way "rewarded" with the release of Reach Out in Europe, since previous occasions to "reward" us (like the release of the Dignity Tour DVD) have been missed. We are aware that these decisions are influenced strongly by commercial agreements, but due to the success (commercial & critical) that Hilary's music has in Italy, the single wouldn't be a flop, but instead it would most probably become a hit, considering the following the artist and her music have here.

European fans hope this petition will be useful and that HR will keep them in mind, so that they will not be cut out of future releases.

El Team Oficiàl de Hilary Duff, hablando por todos los fan europeos, ha decidido de abrir esta peticiòn para invitar la casa discogràfica Hollywood Records ( la de Hilary) a non repetìr lo que ocurriò con el primer singolo del cuarto album de Hilary con el nuevo singolo "Reach Out".

El singolo, Play With Fire, de hecho fue expedido solamente en America, Canada y Australia excluendo Europa. La Canciòn, hablando en tema de potencial commerciàl, habria seguramente obtenito un grande exito en todo el mundo. Los fans europeos quieren hacer intendèr a la casa discografica que europa es casi siempre excluida, como por ejemplo la anulaciòn del Dignity Worl Tour.

Todos los fans de Hilary esperan un nuevo singolo desde junio 2007, periodo en el que fue exepedido el segundo singolo, de el cuarto album de Hilary "Dignity","Stranger". Tan a haber esperado mucho tiempo para el tour despejado y despuès anulado, hemos esperado tambièn un nuevo singolo y un nuevo album.
La canciòn "Reach Out" singolo siguiente que va a adelantar el quinto album de Hilary Duff està listo desde el otono pasado y ahora que estamos cerca de la publicaciòn l' europa arriesga de estar excluida otra vez.

la Hollywood record no ha dicho que el singolo serà un exclusiva para los Estados Unidos pero ha no ha oficializado una data por Europa ( todavia en USA si) y esta situaciòn es la misma en la que l' Europa fue en el verano 2006 cuando Play With Fire fue expedido en USA, Canada y Australia.

Nosotros no estamos inculpando la HR, porque nada està oficializado , queremos solamente que el singolo serà expedido en Europa tambièn. Los Fans europeos son por cierto los fans de Hilary màs activos. No se puede olvidàr el exito del album most wanted en Italia y el grande exito de los singolos Wake Up, Beat Of My Heart Y With Love. Recordamos a la HR que las peticiones, las iniciativas y los majores ejemplos de apoyamento empiezan siempre en Europa.

Entonces queremos ser recompensados con la expediciòn del singolo en Europa. Sabemos que depende de los acuerdos comerciales, pero como las ventas estàn relacionadas al numero de los fans el singolo no serà fatàl en europa, ademàs tendrà un exito muy bueno.
L'Europa espera que esta peticiòn servirà a no repetir lo que ocurriò en el pasado.

Le team ufficial italien de Hilary Duff à nom de tous les fans éuropeans décide de ouvrir cette pétition pour inviter la maison discografique Hollywood Records(de quelle àpartien Hilary) à ne répeter pas, avec la prochaine singole "Reach out" cet quel qui est àvenu avec le prémiere singole ricavé par le quatriéme album de la chanteuse, "Dignity".

Le singole " Play with fire", à été rélaché en Amerique,Canada et Australia excludent l'Europe. Les fans éuropean vont faire noter à la maison discografique, que l'Europe à été tranchait dehors, à cette propose se rappelle le singole "Play with fire" et l'élimination de Dignity World Tour.

Tous les fans de Hilary attendent un nouveau single de juin 2007 date de relache de deuxiéme, en USA troisiéme, single ricavée de "Dignity","Stranger".
Nous avons attendu longtemps pour le tour qui à été annullé, nous avons attendu ainsi le nouveau album.
La trace de "Reach out", prochaine single du cinquième album de Hilary Duff, est pronte de l'automne et l'Europe à été tranchait dehors aussi de cet.

L'Hollywood Records n'à pas rendu note la pubblication du single en Europe (mais en Amerique ils sont dejà donnée la date), cet situation est exactement quelle de l'été 2006 "Play with fire" à etait pubbliquée exclusivamente en Usa, Canada et Australia. Rien à était du parla HR (Hollywood Records),nous invitons la maison discografique à pubbliquer le singole en Europe aussi. Les fans europeans sont les plus actifis en tout le monde.

Nous ne pouvons pas oublier l'énorme succes qui à obtenu l'album Most Wanted en Italy et les singoles Wake up, Beat of my heart, Fly et With Love.
Les petitions, les iniziatives et les examples de soutien partent toujours de l'Europe nous voudrons etre recompensé avec la publication du singole aussi en Europe.
Nous savons que les accords commerciales sont trés importantes mais le singole en Europe peut étre un grande succès pour la presence des nombreux fans de Hilary.

Il team ufficiale italiano di Hilary Duff, a nome di tutti i fans europei, ha deciso di aprire questa petizione per invitare la casa discografica Hollywood Records (della quale fa parte Hilary) a non ripetere con il singolo prossimo al rilascio “Reach Out” quello che successe con il primo singolo estratto dal quarto album della cantante, “Dignity”.

Il singolo, “Play With Fire”, infatti fu rilasciato solamente in America, Canada e Australia escludendo l’Europa. La canzone, dal grande potenziale commerciale, avrebbe certamente riscosso un discreto, se non grande, successo anche nel resto del mondo. I fan europei vorrebbero far notare alla presente casa discografica come l’Europa è quasi sempre tagliata fuori; ricordiamo infatti il già menzionato singolo “Play With Fire” e l’annullamento del Dignity World Tour.

Tutti i i fan di Hilary aspettano un nuovo singolo da Giugno 2007, periodo del rilascio del secondo, negli USA terzo, singolo estratto da “Dignity”, “Stranger”. Oltre ad aver atteso molto tempo per il tour rimandato e successivamente annullato, abbiamo atteso anche un nuovo singolo e un nuovo album. La traccia “Reach Out”, prossimo singolo che anticipa l’uscita del quinto album di Hilary Duff, è pronta dall’autunno scorso e adesso che siamo sul punto della pubblicazione, l’Europa rischia di essere tagliata fuori anche da questo.

Anche se la presente Hollywood Records non ha mai ufficializzato l’uscita del singolo solo negli USA, non ha però reso nota alcuna data di rilascio del singolo in alcun paese d’Europa (in America ha invece già reso noto il periodo del rilascio) e questa situazione rispecchia esattamente quello che successe nell’estate del 2006, quando “Play With Fire” fu rilasciato solo negli USA, in Canada e in Australia.

Non stiamo accusando la HR, dato che nulla è ancora detto; stiamo solamente invitando la casa discografica a far uscire il singolo anche in Europa. I fan europei sono sicuramente i fan di Hilary Duff più attivi del mondo. Non dobbiamo dimenticare il grande successo che riscosse l’album Most Wanted in Italia e l’enorme successo dei singoli Wake Up, Beat Of My Heart, Fly e With Love. Ricordiamo alla HR che le petizioni, le iniziative e i maggiori esempi di sostegno partono sempre dall’Europa.

Vorremo quindi essere “premiati” con l’uscita del singolo anche in Europa. Sappiamo che tutto dipende dagli accordi commerciali, ma dato che le vendite sono direttamente proporzionali al numero dei fan e alla loro passione per la cantante, il singolo in Europa non sarebbe certamente un flop, anzi diventerebbe un successo visti il gran numero di fan e la loro grande voglia di sostenere Hilary e la sua musica.

L’Europa spera che questa petizione sia servita a qualcosa e che magari in futuro non verremo più tagliati fuori da niente.

O grupo oficial italiano de Hilary Duff, em nome de todos os fas europeus, decidiu entrar com essa açao de requerimento, para pedir a gravadora Hollywood Records ( a qual faz parte Hilary) a nao repetir o com proximo lançamento "Reach Out" o que infelizmente acontecera com o primeiro solo, extraido do quarto disco da cantora "Dignity".

O disco solo Play With Fire, fora lançado somente na America, Canadà e Australia,excluindo assim, a Europa.

A musica, de grande potencial comercial, teria sem duvidas feto um enorme sucesso, inclusive no resto do mundo. Os fas europeus gostariam e informar a gravadora, como a Europa, corre o risco de ser excluìda mais uma vez.

Mesmo que a gravadora Hollywood Records nao tenha lançado ou feito alguma comunicaço oficial nos EUA, sequer publicou a previsao de uma data para o lançamento em nenhum paìs da Europa (na América,ja foi feita a publicaçao) esta situaçao espelha exatamente o que acontecera no verao de 2006, quando Play With Fire, foi lançado somente nos EUA, Canadà e Australia.

Sabemos que tudo depende dos acordos comerciais, considerando que as vendas sao diretamente em proporçao ao nùmero de fas e da paixao que nutrem pela artista, o solo na Europa de certo seria um grandissimo sucesso, tendo em consideraçao os seus numerosos fas e a grande vontade de apoiar Hilary e a sua musica.

A Europa espera que esse pedido possa ser ùtil e quem sabe em futuro nao ser excluida outras vezes.
