Melody Fair

To:  WalMart, Venue Systems, City of North Tonawanda

The Friends of Melody Fair Organization; representing the collective interests of local, regional, North American, and undersigned citizens; do hereby request the North Tonawanda Common Council, Mayor, Planning Commission ,Venue Systems LLC (seller) and Wal-Mart, Inc (buyer) to preserve, restore and maintain Melody Fair Theater.

Whereas Melody Fair theater is only 1 of 4, remaining original in-the-round performance theaters left in our nation and has significantly contributed to Americana. We the constituents, believe that the above recommendations are essential to prevent destruction of this theater which has become part of North Tonawanda history.
