It's common knowledge you're annoying and stupid and don't become functional members of society until you hit puberty.

Fact: Do you know what wouldn't exist in our world if internet access was blocked for users twelve and under?

Internet gangsters.

THAT SHOULD BE YOUR REASON ENOUGH TO SIGN THIS.

If you sign this you agree; kids who are stupid who also have access to the internet (unfortunately, that's a whopping 210 million in America and 22 million up here in Canada!) shouldn't be allowed to immediatly verbalize their thoughts and express it with the rest of us who occasionally browse social networking sites (MySpace, Facebook), popular media sharing sites (YouTube), message boards (ESPN) and/or gaming communities. If this is passed, applicable laws for violators will be instigated.

The penalty for violation shall be catapult.

(Yes. Catapult).

Some possible examples of violations:

Anyone under twelve posting comments such as "lyk omg!!! guess wat happend dis week3nd beckyzz" = catapult.
Anyone under twelve posting comments on YouTube = catapult.
Anyone under (or over) twelve rapping on YouTube phonetically such as this;

"yer gangsta is me get it straight homie i fire bullets in your dome fire a bullet in your mouth and replace your tooth with chrome am mean its ok i rap with a certan flow that makes my lyrics go out the window i get dough plus hoes its all good came from the hood now am in luxery trust me i am rich listen bitch listen am trying to teach you a lesson not to mess with a guy like me the type that will kill. - CrunkKing232" = catapult.

Any kid with the username CrunkKing232 = catapult.

Well, you get the idea.
