We, the friends and fans of Robin Strasser (One Life To Live's "Dorian"), wish to express our frustration and concern regarding the direction her recent contract negotiations are going.

Robin Strasser, the 1982 winner of the Emmy Award for Outstanding Actress in a Daytime Drama, has been one of the best-loved-and hated-performers in that genre for over 40 years.

Dorian has been an integral part of the Llanview scene since 1979. We have remained loyal through both good and bad times & storylines. Robin has kept the essence of Dorian in her performances, even though the powers that be have tried to stray from the Dorian we know and love. Robin is in love with her work, and it shows every second she is on screen.

We appreciate the work that Robin has done over the years and want to see more of Dorian in Llanview for many years to come. In a time of budget cuts and the mass introduction of new characters, Dorian is "One Life To Live" to us. While we understand the need to bring on new characters, we ask that you please not forget about the veteran actors who created those characters we have grown to love.

The character of Dorian has been through many changes, but remains an important part of the Llanview scene.

One Life to Live would not be the same without Dorian, and Dorian would not be the same without Robin.

We ask that TPTB give Dorian a story worthy of Robin's talent, and Robin a contract worthy of Dorians respect!

WE NEED DORIAN IN LLANVIEW!
