Republic of Srpska shoud have own .rs domain

If countries like Island of Niue (.nu) with just 1,200 citizens and countries like Bouvet Island (.bv) or Heard Island and McDonald Islands (.hm), which are inhabited, can have domain, why Republic of Srpska, Serb part of Bosnia and Herzegovina can't have .rs domain? We want our own domain!
