Aitheantas don Ghaeilge on Irish Soccer Jerseys

Iarrtar ar Chumann Sacair na hÉireann an Ghaeilge a aithint ar gheansaithe sacair na hÉireann. Iarrtar orthu ‘Éire’ a chur in áit ‘Rep. of Ireland’ agus iarrtar orthu pé foireann a bheadh ag imirt i gcoinne na hÉireann a bheith as Gaeilge ar gheansaithe imreoirí na hÉireann freisin.








The Football Association of Ireland is asked to recognise the Irish language on the Irish soccer jerseys. They are asked to replace the existing ‘Rep. of Ireland’ with ‘Éire’ and to have the names of the nations playing Ireland in the future to be ‘as Gaeilge’ on the Irish players’ jerseys.
