Given the allegations of misconduct with multiple organizations and the possibility of due federal funding being withheld, the citizens of the City of Sacramento respectfully demand that Kevin Johnson resign from his position as Mayor.

This demand is based on the following charges:

Allegations of sexual misconduct on two separate occasions
Improper use of federal funding and subsequent suspension of receiving federal funds to any group he is associated with, including the City of Sacramento
Inability to properly manage owned properties, including harboring bags of sheep and goat remains

The people of Sacramento do not wish to waste taxpayer money on a recall process but will take such measures if a resignation is not made.
