We support the right of recreation for city of San Leandro tax payers and their pets.

We support the establishment of recreational opportunities for residents of San Leandro and their pets.

We believe that dog owners deserve to have an off-leash recreational area (fenced enclosure) where they can bring their dogs to safely play, exercise and socialize.
