We, the undersigned would like to petition on the removal or disablement of one character in the avatar name of Neoz from IMVU. We have come to know IMVU as one program to chill out, meet people and have fun in a good way. We greatly understood the terms of IMVU that there maybe some people on here that we may meet in different walks of life. But not to the point of making IMVU the worst chat program there is, causing simultaneous grieves and annoyance.

Neoz has been using IMVU not just as a plain chat program, but he has continuously used the program to set out his rage and mad dislike against society by causing grief and annoyance to every people on IMVU. We have ignored his doings for a very long time, but still he’s on verge to keep it all going. Chasing friends and messaging them with vulgar and abusive words. With this, some of the people we know are taking a break from IMVU because of him mainly because he never stops. We are saddened that after a numerous attempt to block, ban and report him, IMVU has not taken any action to stop him.

A. In accordance to IMVU Terms of Service, we strongly agree that he has only dishonored the following:

He sends an average of between 5 and 30 messages a day to various people with the same kind of aggressive abusive nature and we need to stop this kind of behaviour on the web. His page can also be displayed by young children and is not adult blocked in any way. The two messages that you see above reflect what he has to say on his IMVU Homepage.

If the victim blocks him, he uses group page invites to attach his messages, and even asks for his friend’s accounts to send abusive messages, which ends up his friend’s accounts being reported by his victims causing annoyance to these people.

PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION TO HAVE HIM PERMANENTELY REMOVED
