I am a Saudi national who has been living under Saudi Government sever repression for many years. While denying it, they deceive, use and hide behind others, and continue with their repression.

I accuse Saudi Government, represented by Saudi secret departments (Al-Mabaheth and Al- Estekhbatat), for systematically repressing me since 1983, inside and outside my country.

This repression was initiated by a conflict with a prince from the Royal family in Saudi Arabia in 1983. Since then I have been targeted by them without my knowledge. I found out that I am targeted by them in 1992. Their repression has been gradually becoming more destructive since then. Their repression reached its peak at the beginning of 2007 when I migrated to Dubai United Arab Emirates.

Then, I decided to move to England to be able to claim my rights. Since I arrived to London on the 20th of January, they have been following me from one hotel to the other. I could not yet get honest legal advice or support or contact Saudi activists because of their interference. The situation has been severely affecting my whole life, which is almost stopped, since I migrated to Dubai.


They are trying their best to avoid the investigation of this problem for several reasons:

1. To avoid scandal for repressing me, by this way, all these years without having anything, at all, against me.

2. Throughout these many years, especially the last year, I became precisely aware of their secret, destructive, dirty ways of getting red of their oppositions, which is another scandal.

3. They lie and deceive, and can not face me with their lies.

4. I am an open minded person who believe in justice, freedom, equality, dignity and democracy and considered as a prospective enemy.


Some, BUT NOT ALL, of their violations against me in the UK only:

1. Deceiving, using and hiding behind others, and using them as a human shield.

2. Following me from one place to the other with interference, especially with my accommodation.

3. Interfering with my computer, internet, emails and phone calls and messages. For example, I have sent several emails to each of these human rights organizations on the 12th of April, asking for their investigation, without having any reply from anyone (Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, Liberty, Movement of Islamic Reform in Arabia). I have sent several emails to "Mira", Dr. Saad Alfaqeeh, without having any reply. One hour after I sent him the last email on the 5th of May, they committed a serious offence by calling me from a private phone impersonating him. Another example is that when this petition was ready to be published on the 10th of May, windows of my computer collapsed the next morning and could not access it at all, and it took me great deal of effort to fix it.

4. Preventing the investigation of this problem, and preventing me from having honest legal advice and contacting Saudi activists.

5. Seizing my money in my country.

6. Using Witchery.

7. In brief, they are violating International, European, and United Kingdom Human Rights Acts.

8. These, and many other violations, have been reported by many Saudi victims and human rights activists.


I have been facing this complete, grieve and unequal war from my government for long time. It extends over many years, people and locations and has many details which relate to their violations and deceptive intelligence.


I CALL FOR A FULL, SERIOUS AND HONEST INVISTIGATION FOR THIS PROBLEM. AND SINCE I AM IN THE UNITED KINGDOM, I CALL FOR THE BRITISH GOVERNMENT PROTECTION AND INVISTIGATION, AND CALL FOR ALL HUMAN RIGHTS ORGANIZATIONS AND ACTIVISTS SUPPORT ESPECIALLY SAUDIS.

When supporting me, you are not protecting only me, but you are protecting other helpless victims who are being, or might be, repressed by this deceptive, dirty way.
