Hire Dee Snider Radio

Dear Sirs and Madams;

As you are likely already aware, Dee Snider Radio, as previously heard on Clear Channel Communication’s WMRQ 104.1, was canceled on August 22, 2002; in favor of a Florida-based morning drive-time program. Dee Snider Radio has become a regional institution, with a proven track record, large and faithful fan-base, and quality relationship with local businesses. Dee Snider Radio provided a smart, witty alternative to the sophomoric humor of most morning radio programs, and was appreciated by fans of all ages and genders.
This base of support has been greatly angered and dismayed by the actions of Clear Channel Communications, and the management of WMRQ, and their cancellation of Dee Snider Radio’s contract.

However, we feel that Clear Channel’s loss can be your gain.

We, the undersigned, wish to formally and publicly voice our support for Dee Snider Radio; and express our steadfast desire to see Dee Snider Radio hired by another radio station, so that we may again enjoy our favorite radio personalities during our morning drive time. In doing so, we would likewise pledge our full and unequivocal backing to whichever radio outfit sees the wisdom in hiring Dee Snider Radio, and to their advertisers. Just as we have in the past championed the cause of WMRQ and Dee Snider Radio, so shall we carry forth the banner of Dee Snider Radio’s new home, proudly, and without reservation.

We submit this for your consideration, and ask that you consider hiring Dee Snider Radio, both for the enrichment of your radio station, and for the goodwill of the fans of Dee Snider Radio.
