Formula One is about the Teams, the history they have created and how they adapt to technology to create new history. Rule changes and caps are important but it will not be formula one without the existing teams just another motor race. Stop destroying OUR sport slow down with your changes and you will get more done together. You might set the rules but if no one participates or watches, what will you be in charge of?
