High Esteem's Camp Goodwill needs your help! High Esteem's Camp Goodwill (HECG) was established back in 1996 to meet the unmet needs of children and young adults with physical disabilities and of special needs in the Central New York area. Their organization provides summer residential camping programs as well as year round activities for these campers. Their main focus is the needs of these children and young adults as well as how they can help them enjoy life.
The camp is in desperate need of repairs that they can no longer handle. They are only able to use a few buildings, the roof's on most of buildings are rotting and many buildings are just plain unusable.
Please, PLEASE nominate the camp for ABC's Extreme Home Makeover. The camp is a crucial part of these campers life and without help; the camp may not be able to provide a variety of recreational activities and events for handicapped and special needs children and young adults.
