A Petition to Save L4D from a Reskinning

Article I - The Statement

We, the gamers and denizens of Steam Community, after having witnessed a re-skinning of the popular and iconic characters in Valve Software's zombie horror survival game, "Left 4 Dead" (http://www.l4d.com), agree as one body that the choice to reskin the four characters in "Left 4 Dead" is completely ridiculous and wrong.

We, the buyers of Valve games, and avid fans of Valve's line-up, have decided to motion for Valve Software and Turtle Rock Studios to cease and desist their reskinning of the four original characters in "Left 4 Dead". We have seen the gameplay videos of "Left 4 Dead" and saw it was good. A reskinning of the game's characters will only result in fewer purchases of the game, and angry fans.
