On October 29th 2009, WIND Mobile Canada was told they are not able to run in Canada as a cellphone provider with their present ownership structure. I believe this was not a fair ruling and will only slow mobile carrier competition in Canada.

Industry Canada approved this structure in March when it granted Globalive it's wireless license. Shortly after, Bell, Telus and Rogers went against this by writing complaint letters to the CRTC. They are only in this because they are scared, and want to continue ripping off Canadians.

I believe the CRTC should re consider their decision to not allow WIND to operate. It's not over yet; Please help bring Wireless competition to Canada!
