Steve Burton as Captain America

I am very exited to hear about the upcoming Captain America film. I have enjoyed the adventures of this legendary hero, and believe now is the perfect time, for such a great hero to be brought to the forefront of people minds, and everything he stands for.

I was equally excited to hear, that as of yet, the lead has not been cast, as I have always pictured one man in this role. It is my hope, that American actor, Steve Burton, would be cast as Steve Rodgers/Captain America, and believe him to be perfect for this role. His physical appearance, is very similar to Cap, but also is a superb actor. He is best known for his role of Jason Morgan on the daytime drama General Hospital, but has appeared in several other films, such as Steven Spielberg’s “Taken“, as Captain Russell Keys, a WWII fighter pilot. He also had a prominent role in the movie “Last Castle“, with notable actors such as Robert Redford and James Gandolfini!

His fan base from General Hospital, in enormous! He is an amazing actor, and I believe him to be the perfect choice for Captain America, and it is my sincerest hope, that you will consider him during casting for the lead.
