Buffalo Sabres: Fix the Logo

Mr. Golisano,





We the undersigned, as fans of the Buffalo Sabres, protest the proposed team logo design for the 2006-2007 season. It is a poorly conceived atrocity that does not reflect the history, tradition, or class of the Buffalo Sabres team or its fans. The logo resembles neither a buffalo nor a sabre. It has been compared to numerous unflattering things, from a hairpiece to a slug. This logo is an embarrassment to the Buffalo Sabres as well as the fans that support them.





We the undersigned choose not to support this logo, and will not purchase any merchandise bearing its likeness. We believe that the team must go back to the drawing board and deliver something better to the fans that have supported this team throughout the years.
