We the undersigned hereby petition the San Carlos City Council and SamTrans Board of Directors to reject the Transit Village Development and Wheeler Plaza Development. We urge the San Carlos City Council and and SamTrans Board of Directors to maintain the village atmosphere of San Carlos and reject the overdevelopment of our city.
