Withdraw the United States from The United Nations

To:  The U.S. Congress

We, the undersigned, hereby request that the United States of America withdraw from the United Nations entirely.

The United Nations no longer serves the same purpose it had when it was originally founded. The objects under control of the United Nations are expanding and have exceeded the original charter of the United Nations. The United Nations is now accepting countries for membership in the United Nations that oppress their citizens and commit flagrant human rights abuses. These countries are not representative of the ideals that we, citizens of the United States of America, support as a country.

Although the United States is the financial backbone of the United Nations, United Nations members use the organization to impose their will and ideals on the United States of America.

The amount American tax payers pay each year to support the United Nations increases dramatically. The amount we pay into the United Nation budget not only increases, the amount of U.S. military support for United Nations endeavors increases yearly. The amount of time our politicians spend justifying our sovereignty to the United Nations increases at our, the voters, expense.

In terms of taxation, we expect proper representation in congress and request that the United States of America withdraw from the United Nations.
