Rockabilly band, the 'Stray Cats' have a tour planned of Europe in July this year. So far there are no plans for them to come to Australia.

We believe this is partly to do with the illusion that there are not enough people in Australia that would go to the shows if they were organised.

We have started this petition to try and convince the Australian promoters and the Stray Cats themselves that it would be a worthwhile trip and that there are a lot of fans down here that would make the effort if shows were booked.

WHY WOULD YOU BOTHER TO SIGN?

We have started this petition to get as many people who are interested in seeing Rockabilly legends the Stray Cats back in Oz to sign and show that we do actually have a supportive scene here that will go to the shows if they tour Australia.

It’s been over 10 years since the Stray Cats toured Australia and there are a lot of fans that have not had the chance to see them play live.

If you are a fan of Rockabilly, Psychobilly, Punk, Swing, Ska, Blues, Roots and Rock ’n’ Roll music, you can make a difference by signing this petition and supporting your underground style. In turn, you could encourage other international bands like the Stray Cats to include Australia as part of their worldwide tours.
