Amend S.C. Code of Laws, Section 47-3-20

To:  South Carolina General Assembly

We the people of South Carolina hereby petition the South Carolina General Assembly to amend South Carolina's Code of Laws, Section 47-3-20 with the following language; South Carolina Recognizes that Dogs are personal property. No municipal, city, county, or state authority shall restrict or prohibit the ownership of dogs by breed, or by physical description. No breed of dog, or mixed breed of dog is inherently potentially dangerous, or dangerous. No breed specific ordinances shall stand in South Carolina.
