Running on Empty: A fair mileage rate for Surrey County Council staff

We, the undersigned, call upon Surrey County Council to adopt a single
travel expense rate for employees, linked to the AA research into car
running costs. This rate to be paid to all staff who use their cars in
working for the benefit of the County.
