As professional photographers living in Southern California, we are regular customers of Samy's rental departments. This is our first choice when we need the newest and best equipment. However, we find the antiquated process used for the rental contract and receipts deplorable. As your loyal customers, we ask that you simplify the rental contract to save space and paper, as well as offer an email-only final receipt as an option when the rentals are returned.
