Howard Dean's accomplishments as Governor of the State of Vermont, Chairman of the Democratic Party, and in professional and private life qualify him for this role and bring forward the President's agenda of meaningful and constructive change to our government and our society - we believe his candidacy as Secretary of Health and Human Services would successfully develop the national conversation and forward the Presidential and National agenda.
