Service Charge

This online petition is calling for people to show their support to waiters and waitresses who provide good service.
We believe that a service charge or gratuity added to a restaurant bill should be handed over to the waiter or waitress.
The service charge is a reward for good service – not a way for a restaurant to make more money or pay poor wages.
