I am signing this petition to offer my strong support for the Safety Network Program. The mission of the Safety Network is to organize and engage local community members in developing and advocating for sustainable grassroots strategies to improve public safety, making San Francisco's neighborhoods safer places to live, work and play.

I respectfully urge Mayor Gavin Newsom and the members of the Board of Supervisors of San Francisco to continue funding this vital community program so that San Francisco can be a safe place to live. With public safety being one of the most important issues facing San Francisco, I urge you to continue the city's investment in Safety Network and creating safer neighborhoods.
