Manchester City supporters have expressed their loss of faith today after yet another dismal display at home in the Premier League and the City Faithful is calling for change. This petition calls for the current manager to be replaced by one who will help the blues progress. Sven Goran Eriksson gave Manchester City their best season in years. His grace and dignity pushed us into the UEFA Cup through the Fair Play League and on two occasions he got the better of Alex Ferguson and his supposed 'champions'. With the funds available in the transfer window Sven Goran Eriksson could create a side capable of challenging the top four. Sven also has something that Hughes has already lost- The confidence of the Manchester City faithful as proved by the many calls on radio phone ins today. The fans are the voice of the club and the old hierarchy ignored us when we asked them to 'Save Sven', we ask you to do what they didn't and listen to the voice of the fans.
Every signature on this petition has lost faith in Mark Hughes and would like the club to make the utmost effort to bring back a manager who we never wanted to see leave.
