A Bill to amend Title 10 to reduce age from 60 to 55

HR 783 reads: To amend Title 10, United States Code, to reduce the age for the receipt of retired pay for non-regular servece from 60 to 55. This bill would allow Nation Guard and Military Reserves to collect their retired pay at age 55 instead of age 60.
