Why do you hate Shelly?

Dear Shelly (I’m not sure how to spell your name),

I hate you. And not “OMG, you stole my cookie!” hate. Actual hate. I haven’t hated someone in a long time (actual hate) so it’s sad I have to now. But really, I do. First off, your attitude. You say “I’m not talking to you!” in a very nasty tone. I’m not trying to be your mother, but it’s not cool. Also, when you “wrote us up” you didn’t even tell us what the note was for, or let us see it, so we may have interpreted it wrong.
