We, the undersigned, protest your use of onions in pet food products. Ingesting onions has been clinically proven to cause Heinz-body hemolytic anemia in dogs and cats (from destruction of red blood cells). In great enough quantities, it can kill.

You would not put a toxic substance in baby food to make it taste better for your children. Why, then, are you doing it to ours?
