Stop Poisoning our Pets with Onion Products

To:  Pet Food Companies

We, the undersigned, protest your use of onions in pet food products. Ingesting onions has been clinically proven to cause Heinz-body hemolytic anemia in dogs and cats (from destruction of red blood cells). In great enough quantities, it can kill.

You would not put a toxic substance in baby food to make it taste better for your children. Why, then, are you doing it to ours?

By signing this petition, we attest that we will not purchase your pet products so long as you continue to use toxic onion powder in them.
