Petition To Approve The Citizen's Revised Version of the Sign Ordinance for the Borough of Indiana, PA

We, the people signed below, do hereby request replacing the current Borough Code Article 5, Section 500 through 504.11 Signs, with the Citizen's Revised Sign Ordinance, as written and attached, dated 08/31/09, to and including the new definitions to be inserted in Article 10 of Ordinance #1722.

We believe that signage, of all types, is vital to the public, the economic and the social welfare of any community. Signage allows business entities, community service groups and public service announcement information to be shown. By signing this petition I acknowledge that I support the changes and amendments contained in the attached revised Article 5 Sign Code and that I have not been coerced, compensated, or talked into signing my name.
