Sony Ericsson S500i Defective Keypad Petition

To:  Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications

We the owners of the Sony Ericsson S500i model celluar phone would like Sony Ericsson to acknowledge the defective keypad on the S500i. The keypad is not well made and due to low quality material and construction, it is extremely prone to cracking and breaking.
