After reviewing facts of the Sean Isbell case, there is more than a reasonable doubt that Sean Isbell did not commit the crimes of which he is accused. There is more than enough evidence that substantiates the facts that his mother, Carol Isbell, committed the crimes of forgery (promissory note, as documented by the certified document examiner), theft, IRS violations and multiple violations of the Uniform Transfers to Minors Act-Co.
This petition is to overturn the conviction and clear the name of Sean Isbell. It is also to investigate and prosecute the crimes of Carol Isbell.
