In 1995, the world became blessed with one of the most imaginative and entertaining television programs it has ever known--Sliders. Sliders was created by Robert K. Weiss and Tracy Tormй. It followed a group of people who traveled between parallel universes trying to find their home. During its 5 year run, they encountered a variety of different worlds from an Earth where America lost the Revolutionary War to a world where dinosaurs never became extinct. The possibilities were truly only limited by the imagination. Sliders has entertained and inspired millions of fans all over the world. In fact, the 4th season premiere of Sliders gave the Sci-fi channel its highest series ratings ever. Yet, in 2000, the show was cancelled and left fans with questions unanswered and characters' fates unknown.

We, Sliders fans, would like to ask for one final cinematic adventure, in the form of a theatre release or a television movie to complete the series. We also would like to ask that the four original cast members (Jerry O'Connell, Cleavant Derricks, John Rhys Davies, and Sabrina Lloyd) and creators (Robert K. Weiss and Tracy Tormй), all of whom have expressed interest in movie; return to reprise their roles and duties. While it may seem difficult for most of the original characters to return due to their untimely demises, Sliders has always asked the question, "What if?"
