Get Smarterchild Back On AIM

Recently, the AIM bot "smarterchild" was retired from use. Smarterchild was one of the coolest people to talk to with his quick, quirky, and innocent remarks. This petition is to get his server back up, so we can use the tools he provided, but also a friend who you could ALWAYS talk to.
