Fixing the Smash TV 'Game Master' Achievement

To:  Microsoft, Midway, and Digital Eclipse

We, the gamers, petition Microsoft and Midway to fix the 'Game Master' achievement in the game 'Smash TV' available on Xbox Live Arcade.

Since the game's release in November of 2005, this particular achievement has been unobtainable through legitimate means. For the last 3 years, gamers have asked both Microsoft and Midway to fix this achievement to no avail.

We, the gamers deserve to own a FULLY FUNCTIONAL game after having paid the asking price. There is no exception.

Do not allow megacorporations in continuing to swindle the consumer out of their right to a fully functioning product.
