Smog Day? Free TTC!

To:  Toronto City Council

Because the link between car use and smog is clear, and because the link between public transit and smog reduction is clear, we, the undersigned, call upon the City of Toronto to make the TTC free every time a Smog Alert Day is officially declared. The City should cover the lost revenue for the day, and then send the bill to the Ontario and Federal governments.
