Have Square Enix Give All Rights For Super Mario RPG To Nintendo

To:  Square Enix or Nintendo

Super Mario RPG is game we all know and love. But one the best things about the game is the character Geno. Yes, the possessed wooden doll that aids Mario and Mallow in the game. Now the reason why I am talking about Geno is that he, for the upmost parts, deserves to be in the next Mario game. He has been worshiped by fans ever since RPG and they won't stop complaining that he isn't in Super Smash Bros. or in a new Mario game.
Why?

1. He is awesome
2. He hasn't appeared in a game for more than ten years (unless you count his cameo in Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga)

But this can't happen because he is copyrighted by Square Enix. Worse, they such jerks that they didn't allow him in Brawl even though Sakurai had begged them to. So this when this petition comes in: Since Square Enix doesn't give a dang about Geno, they give the all rights of Super Mario RPG to Nintendo. Story, characters, you name it, it'll al be Nintendo's and Square Enix can go back making Dragon Quest or Final Fantasy IIXVVXXVVCD...or whatever junk they're coming out with. This would be all SMRPG fan's dream: Geno will finally reappear in games and Nintendo doesn't have to have a big headache from the fans and Square Enix.
