For all the gaming centers out there paying outrageous prices for SmartLaunch already will now be disappointed to hear that SmartLaunch 4.1 is no longer getting any attention. Now the development of SL 5.0 is causing an outrage, considering all of the existing bugs have not yet been fixed and the promised additional features have not been added.

For the past year, no pre-configured games have been added that they advertise with pride in their feature list. Bugs still destroy us. All of the additional free additions that were promised are now going to COST us!

It will cost us to upgrade (again) and they are even making us PURCHASE additional features! No company I know of has ever charged for such upgrades.

It is SL that needs to stay up-to-date to attract more customers anyways -- Existing gaming centers are sick of being spit on as soon as we hand over our money to you. We are still your customers and we have spent a lot of money for SL product, support, and advertised updates.

This is a petition demanding more support, a free upgrade to 5.0, and free features that were promised to us years ago! We demand that SL lives up to what it promises! We, the petitioners, have spent countless time putting up with existing SL bugs and broken promises!
