This petition is for the parcel of land on Cowesett Avenue known as the Station Nightclub.

As survivors, relatives of victims, friends of victims, and good citizens of the State of Rhode Island, and all communites affected by this tragedy on February 20, 2003.

The petition hereby signed asks that the only structure ever to be built on this land be a memorial in memory to those who lost there lives on said evening.

We ask that this site is taken by eminant domain as it has been donated by Triton Realty and should be used for this purpose.
